El Warsha is a creative space built around a simple idea: bringing people together through making.
Through workshops, collaborations and handmade creations, we create opportunities for women, children and makers to learn something new, share what they know and enjoy the experience of creating together.
It started with workshops.
El Warsha began as a place for women to gather around a table, try something new and create with their hands.
Crochet, macramé, calligraphy, painting, scent, clay and many other crafts became ways to meet, learn and connect.
Over time, those workshops grew into something more, a community of participants, teachers, artists and makers, each bringing their own skills, stories and ideas.
Creativity that connects us.
For us, creativity is also a way to stay connected to the things that shape us.
Language, traditions, memories and culture can all find their way into what we make.
That is why some El Warsha experiences explore Arabic language, cultural traditions and creative activities inspired by our heritage, while others simply invite you to discover a new craft.
There is room for both.

El Warsha wouldn't be El Warsha without the makers we collaborate with.
We work with creative women, artists and craftspeople who teach workshops, develop kits and create handmade pieces for our store.
Every collaboration brings something different to El Warsha, a new skill, a new perspective and another story to share.
